The Museum of Agricultural History (MULSA) is organized into a series of exhibition spaces designed to narrate the history of agriculture to the public, from its origins to the present day, following a chronological approach and using ethnographic, iconographic, and biological materials, as well as models and dioramas.

The exhibition spaces aim to document the evolution of agriculture—that is, the history of plant cultivation and animal husbandry for productive purposes—as well as the development of related tools and techniques.

In addition to the narrative section, the museum includes a series of ethnographic areas displaying numerous agricultural tools, implements for artisanal activities linked to agriculture, dairy equipment, and objects related to rural life. These artifacts, collected primarily in Lombardy—and particularly from the farmsteads of the Lodigiano area—during the 1980s, illustrate Lombard agriculture from the early 20th centuryFinally, there are two monographic rooms: one dedicated to viticulture and winemaking, and the other to land surveying and technical drawingThe museum is located in the Visconti Castle of Sant’Angelo Lodigiano, which is owned by the Conte Gian Giacomo Morando Bolognini Foundation.
